He has been associated with companies like SV Creditline, Poonawalla Fincorp, Agriwise FinServ, Religare Finvest Ltd & Magma Fincorp at CXO levels. Last few years he had been running his own startup Acehours as co-founder.

Manish is an Alumni of XLRI, Jamshedpur & AIMA, New Delhi in HRM. He is a graduate in Science & Law along with Masters's in Public Administration. He brings in a strong flavor of effective change management in line with business requirements and has lead large HR operations, global integration programs, mergers and acquisitions. Simarjeet Singh is the Company Secretary of Kissandhan. A Graduate of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and CS from ICSI, he also holds a Master’s degree in finance from Sikkim Manipal University and has more than 6 years of experience in Legal and Secretarial.

MBA in finance, he is a specialized expert in underwriting of various Products like Loan Against Property Loans , Business Loans, Personal Loans and Gold Loans. Along with,he has adequate experience in managing Credit & Risks and collections etc. In past, he was associated with companies like Karvy Financial Services Ltd, Essel Finance Business Loan Ltd, Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd, India Info Housing Finance Ltd, Standard Chartered, etc. His previous assignment was with Indiabulls Consumer Finance Ltd as AGM Credit and Ops.

Previously he was associated with companies like ICICI Home Fin, IndusInd Bank, Tata Motors Finance, Au Bank, IIFL, SREI Equipment Finance, Cholamandalam, Spandana, and Tarashna (Unit of Satin Credit Care) and has handled products (End to End – Business to collections) like – Commercial Vehicle Finance (New and Used), Construction Equipment Finance (New and Used), Auto loans (New and Used), HL and LAP along with MSME (secured), Agri loans and Micro loans at a National / Zonal level positions.
